Xpert Bookkeeping Solutions provides professional bookkeeping and financial record-keeping services, which may include:

2. Client Obligations
You, the client, agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial documents and information.

Maintain access to necessary financial accounts and systems.

Notify us of any changes to your business that could affect bookkeeping processes.
We are not liable for errors resulting from delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete data provided by the client.
3. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees will be agreed upon in writing before the start of any services.

Invoices are issued monthly unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

A 3 % late fee may apply to overdue invoices.

Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment.
4. Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously. All client data, including financial records and personal information, will be kept strictly confidential and used solely to provide our services, unless required by law or with your written consent.
We use secure systems to manage and store client information and maintain confidentiality in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to ensure accuracy and timeliness, Xpert Bookkeeping Solutions is not liable for:

Financial losses or penalties resulting from incorrect data supplied by the client.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Delays caused by factors outside our control.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us for services in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

All outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination.

Upon termination, we will return original documents and delete client data from our systems after a retention period of [X months], unless otherwise required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All systems, templates, documentation, and proprietary methods developed by Xpert Bookkeeping Solutions remain our intellectual property. These may not be copied, reused, or distributed without our prior written consent.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Updates to These Terms
Xpert Bookkeeping Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective upon publication.
